A visit to Mirwais Hospital's pediatric unit reveals basic medical training to be outdated by over three decades. One three year old girl suffering from chronic malnutrition will not get the treatment she so desperately needs. Lacking in space and equipment, the hospital is in dire need of funding and modernizing.
